A 25-year-old man (Kartik Bishi) from Odisha's Balangir region purportedly moved on a three story constructing and hopped off the rooftop in the wake of walking around almost 45 minutes. Individuals accumulated around the building called the flame office to protect him. Yet, seeing the Fire fighters Kartik quickly bounced off the building.
